At VESNA Aromatherapy we source our coconut wax and natural essential oils from trusted traders, and make sure they are vegan and sustainably sourced to make a candle perfect for you and for the planet.
All our candles are carefully hand poured and checked by our VESNA Team to ensure they are the highest quality possible.
The wicks we use are made with 100% cotton and thin paper filaments, coated with soy wax.
The flowers that you would see on top of most wax melts are locally picked by our team (aka Victoria).
No animals have been harmed during the production or sourcing of our products. All products are vegan certified.
Our packaging is fully plastic free and either recyclable, biodegradable or plantable.
MEET VICTORIA
Hey everyone! I'm Victoria, the young entrepreneur behind VESNA Aromatherapy (previously The Organic Candles). Crafting candles since 2022, I've poured my heart into blending creativity with a love for nature.In my many roles—founder, manager, candle maker, and web developer—I've created a vibrant community of candle lovers.
The idea for VESNA Aromatherapy sparked while exploring entrepreneurial routes, inspired by family successes on Etsy. But beyond just creating eco-friendly candles, I wanted to make products that didn't just smell great but also weren't filled with nasty chemicals and supported mental health.
Through research and experimentation, I discovered that some candles could do just that. Not only do they offer a sustainable alternative, but their aromatherapeutic benefits ease stress and boost energy.
With determination, a little investment, and a lot of enthusiasm, I set out to completely change the candle industry. Each candle is handmade with sustainable materials and a touch of botanical beauty, with the aim of brightening both spaces and people's mood.

Plantable Candles
After 4 years of candle making experience, I realised the amount of waste candles create on the environment (leave aside the toxins that many fill the air with), so I decided to reinvent their lifecycle by giving people the chance to reuse the candle jars to grow something beautiful.
That's where the idea of plantable candles came up. These are fully natural candles (coconut wax and pure essential oil only) poured into ceramic plant pots. The box the candle sits in is made with wildflower seed paper. So once the candle is fully enjoyed, people can reuse the candle jar as a plant pot and plant pieces of the seed paper right in with soil and water, leaving no waste behind and instead giving the beautiful jar a second life.
